The apartment was fine for a couple of nights. The bed was super comfy. Underground parking was definitely a huge plus. Walking to the old city took about 20 minutes. Supermarkets and restaurants are close by. Francisco, the owner, met us and showed us the apartment, which was a nice personal touch.

We were rather disappointed with the view. You actually look directly out onto the back of another building. The sea is seen from the lounge/bedroom windows when standing, and it's only a partial view.

This apartment is located on the 6th floor of a 2 building complex. This particular section has 1 apartment on each floor.which is great. The complex has a secure lobby with access to the elevators and parking. All the windows of the apartment are looking directly at another building in the complex but it is done in way that on an angle you have a good view of the sea, as well as kids playground below from the adjacent school. The building also has a secure parking under the building. When you walk out of the building you step onto the sea promenade that goes all along the peninsula. You have many restaurants right next door, as well as stores on the promenade, as well as on the main street that runs parallel to the promenade. We stayed 4 nights and had a chance to explore Cadiz. You walk for 15~20 min to reach the gates of the old town. Cadiz has plenty to offer. Taxi back to apartment is under 5 euros. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. It has one bathroom. It’s well equipped, the shower is amazing. You can open windows and except for the wind, at night there is no other noise, no cigarette smoke enters either. In the mornings during school year you will hear the kids play soccer in their school yard below. The dining table chairs are fairly comfortable. For a couple of nights it’s an almost perfect setup, albeit it is better for 2 people vs sy 4 people, but you can have a family of 4 get by. Sleeping is comfortable enough, the pillows are new, they have actual duvets on the beds. And last, the renting couple are super nice people. Fran speaks decent English and is very responsive.

The sofa in the living room is quite dated. If you catch a rainy day and need to spend more time in the apartment, it could be a bit more comfortable.

Good location, a nice 20 minute walk to Cadiz proper. Nice to wake up next to ocean. Francesco very attentive host.

Could only find two mugs in kitchen - four British ppl / two cups = tea crisis!

Everything was as in pictures. Parking is tight, but easy to access. Beach is right outside building. Great neighbourhood with lots of cafes and restaurants.

It is quite a walk to the old town. We knew this before we made the reservation, was a balance with having parking.
