Coffee machine, air conditioning in each room, all tools in the kitchen

First day too loud, the bathroom was not separated from bedroom, it can be a problem

Would have been perforable to pick the keys up at the property.

The check in was quite late, we weren't able to pick up the keys until 4:30pm

Quite beautiful, most of the property made a lot of sense. There were some nice thoughtful touches throughout the apartment

The amount of stairs to get to the apartment (third floor with no lift is way too much), the very annoying showers getting water all over the bathroom

The property was in a great location near Plaza San Antonio - there is parking in this square and if you get the app it is reduced to 15 euros a day The property looks fantastic and it is well equipped with crockery etc There are 2 bathrooms There is a lovely roof terrace with great views too The property accepts dogs too

The property is on the third floor -there is no lift so it’s great for the knees !! Unfortunately the pillows were terrible - so thin - I complained and I was told it wasn’t a problem normally - they said there were no more pillows ( one each only ). In the reviews other people gave mentioned the poor quality of the pillows too. The staf just didn’t seem interested The iron was broken too and I had to send them a photo of it ? They replaced it promptly. There was a smell in my daughter’s room - they had the bigger room which had the bathroom in it - we didn’t mention it as their attitude to the pillows didn’t give us any confidence that they would do anything It was a shame as my daughter’s boyfriend proposed to her in Cadiz( complete surprise) !! I know they struggled with the pillows and the unpleasant aromas in their bedroom too We come to Cadiz quite a bit but I probably wouldn’t use this company again Even the check- in was quite hard work as you had to pick the keys up in a different venue -and parking is not easy in Cadiz !!

A small thing but the pillows were tiny. I messaged to see if we could get more and was told that it wasn’t possible. In such a luxurious apartment it was such a shame not to have a comfortable pillow.

The location was perfect. The apartment itself is stylish, comfortable and pretty well equipped. I’d go back to it. Parking was close in the Santa Barbara car park.

People have mentioned the stairs to climb and they are hard with full suitcases - so bear that in mind. A few more pillows would help too. (a minor point)

Lovely light filled apartment with two generous bedrooms. Great facilities. Comfortable beds and pillows

Third floor makes it difficult with baggage. Sometimes a bad odour - maybe a sewage problem but unsure.

We picked up the keys from the office and were giving some great advice about the area.

Really great location in a quieter part of the city with all amenities and sights within easy reach. Great having the en-suite facilities in both bedrooms. Apartment very spacious and well laid out.

They could have done with some more glasses than the mix of 4 they had. Also, some simple condiments like salt, pepper and oil would have been useful to have available.
