Very good location Interior is very cool Really easy check in instructions!

There were some issues with the apartment - like sewage smell from the bathroom - it kind of made the stay unpleasant although the apartment is really nice.

Styl mieszkania

Klimatyzatory stacjonarne były bardzo głośne i nie spełniały swojej funkcji przez co trzeba było spać przy otwartych oknach na ulice, gdzie było bardzo głośno. Nie można było spać.

La casa es tal cual se muestran en las fotos. Muy acogedora y cuidada. Ubicación inmejorable

La recogida es en sus oficinas y eso hoy en día es una complejidad porque tienen un horario concreto. De todas formas nos dejaron entrar a la casa antes de la hora porque estaba preparada y en Cadiz4rental nos trataron muy bien. La bañera no desaguaba bien y se inundaba los suelos. Por otro lado y creo que es lo peor, alquilamos esa casa por el aire acondicionado y a pesar de tener aparatos de Ac en la casa, no funcionaban y habían instalado unos aparatos de refrigeración que no cubría las necesidades en pleno agosto en Cádiz

La ubicación es fantástica y es un apartamento bonito de estilo típico gaditano.

Sería importante precisar por el tema del calor en verano que lo que hay para ventilación son “pingüinos”, ya que los aires acondicionados instalados no están en uso y no se pueden abrir bien todas las ventanas. El equipamiento de la cocina algo mejorable.
