Fantastic place to stay for the night or a couple days when visiting Dallas. Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living area with decent storage. Close to lively bars and nice restaurants, also a Trader Joes right around the corner. Bus stop directly outside the apartment which takes you right to downtown Dallas in under 20 minutes.

A little far out of central Dallas if that is where you are hoping to spend more time - but the Grenville area is also very pleasant. Good value for money compared to most other accommodations which are more pricey as well.

Location was great! Really easy check in, and comfortable apartment with everything you would need.

It is a beautiful old fashioned house in a lovely neighborhood. I spoke with Vera on the phone when I confirmed my reservation. She is such a nice person, always ready to work with the traveler. And the price was so low - it made my stay in the Dallas area affordable. The studio flats are located right on the Dallas #3 bus route which can transport one to a transit center where one can transfer to City rail for transport anywhere in Dallas, The #3 bus will bring one back right to the door.

The freezer in the kitchen could have used some ice cube trays, and the toilet needs a new float and flapper ball assembly. I consider these points to be trivial, subtracting nothing from the excellent accommodations.

The neighborhood.

I thought the location was great for my needs. Close to Lower Greenville and not far from SMU - easy travel route.
