Appartment Fasanenhof Klinikum und Uni nah mit Netflix

Very clean rooms. All was there and you feel like in home. Very quiet and comfy area with very nice views. Lots of space for all of 4 people.

The apartment was big, spaciuos, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything even more than you may need. Very comfortable beds ant pleasant beddings. We even got freshly baked rolls with various jams for breakfast. We loved so much! We could recommend it for couples or families with children.

It is a spotless and fully equipped apartment with a beautiful view of the garden. Coffee and tea were available in the kichen as well as basic ingredients for cooking, like salt, oil, and spices. The host brought us fresh bread, butter, and small jars of jam for breakfast. It was so nice of him.

On the day we arrived, there were no bath towels in the apartment. The host texted me that the towels were in the dryer and he would bring them as soon as they were ready. I replied that we had our own towels and we could use them.. Actually, I didn't want to bother him as he told me that he was upset because of his cat's death. In the morning, I texted the host and thanked him for everything. But, when we got in the car and were about to leave, his wife ran to the street with bare feet and told something in German anxiously. We stopped the car and tried to communicate using Google Translate. She told us that one of the towels was missing. I explained to her that no towels were in the apartment when we arrived. She insisted that there was one towel in the bathroom. We really didn't know what to do. We brought out our luggage and showed her our wet towels. But it didn't satisfy her. We called one of our relatives, who can speak German, to talk with her. Finally, after more than half an hour, she apologized, and we left Kassel. Later, the host texted me and told me that he had taken the towel upstairs and had forgotten it and apologized for the behavior and offered us one night free in his apartment. Ithas passed near 10 days since this incident happened, but I still feel the bitterness. It is like we were accused of robbery. Although the apartment was fantastic and everything was perfect in there, this bad experience made us more cautious when renting an apartment instead of a hotel room.

Everything was perfect. Very nice discreet host. Beautiful garden. Comfortable large bed.

We stayed there just one night which was really a pity. Would be great to stay way longer next time.
