The apartment is well maintained and very decent. It has all necessary things for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed 3days stay and it was very pleasant. The apartment has a small water canal and if you open balcony, you can hear the water flow.

Check-in was easy. The apartment was big and clean. Has everything you need. The stairs to bedroom take alitte getting used to, but other than that everything was perfect. For me location was good. It was 8 mins away from my work. Nice area. Also has a parking spot included. Would recommend

The location is very good. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to public transport, restaurants and a market. Simple furnishing with fully equipped kitchen. One private parking sport. Easy online check-in.

The hiden cleaning fee, shoulf be made public. It should be mentioned that the stairs to the loft are narrow and very steep. The bed is comfortable, but getting on and off of it is fun. A message for check-in and check-out should be enough, no need of more.

"Nice, equiped appartment in Kassel."

It is like the pics. I find it cute. Fridge was big. It had everything you need. Even a fan, for me essential in summer. The owner or responsible was super nice. It was a very residential neighborhood. Walking distance a supermaket Edeka, a couple of restaurants, and the trainstation (I like to walk).

"Nice and cozy place in quite area but still very close to main street."

Great Location, walking distance to the center and main street with restaurants and Great Host as well.

The Shower can be better, as its just not much space while standing in the tub, ither you will hit a back wall or taps on the side (as they both are on very awkward position.

Great location in a charming neighborhood not far from the train station. Tram stop right nearby for getting to the city center. Apartment/kitchen well-equipped.
