Proximity to all the places I had to go to.

The room had no sunlight/ventilation . The window in my room actually faced their storage unit which is sad . Also there was so much noise from the lounge they own . So it was hard to sleep. The proximity of the lounge to rooms are so close so it’s hard to avoid the noise . The phone in the room for room service wasn’t working as well. Complained and nothing was done about it! No full body mirror, their sinks and bathroom drainage was also bad.
