GBWe were using the house as a central location for a weekend visiting Cadbury World and the Black Country Living Museum. It was perfectly placed for both. Within walking distance of Dudley centre where there were good Indian restaurants. The central heating was excellent and warmed up the house very quickly.
The local Dudley traffic, which is heavy (but expected). One hour to travel 12 miles is not good. I wouldn't spend a lot of time in the Dudley centre - not much to see and it was a bit raucous in places, but there were plenty of police about which enhanced safety. The TV was difficult to operate and had been left with Japanese as the language, which made altering the settings difficult. There was no operating manual to help but I persevered and managed to be able to watch something. Couldn't find BBC or ITV though, without having to enter my account details (which I'm not going to do on a TV I don't own).
GBGreat location for us to base ourselves while researching our family tree. Top floor bedroom and bathroom were huge! Friendly neighbours. Good to have a parking spot.
