Executive apartment at Ushaka Marine - 95 Spinnaker

Everything, I was satisfied I must say. The interior, the house plans, I'm impressed.

Nothing at all.

It's spacious and the double balconies are quite a view. You can see the MSC boarding terminal and literally Ushaka marine world is across the street. I loved that it had secure parking.

The name reflected on here and the name of the building are different. I can understand that but for directions the building's name should be reflected. We got lost right in this place looking for some other name. The place smelled like mold. Dust on the furniture and even the door. The ceiling in the bathroom also didn't look great. Floors are worn out. The place is infested with cockroaches. Before lights went out we killed a handful of them. As soon as lights went off the whole nation of them crawled out and were everywhere. EVERYWHERE. We had to put food in the fridge and take our bags to the car just to avoid taking those roaches with us. Then we slept with lights on because kids were traumatized by the infestation.

Tom should state on that the Executive apartment arw under Spannacke apartment cause we took time to look for it. And also he needs to change his couches they dity best to use leather material. The main toilet wasnt smelling good please use a stronger brands to take the smell of urine away and lastly the bedding is clean but the stains dont look good.

The apartment could use some renovation and I had foul smell
