Accommodation Front - Classy 4 Sleeper with Ocean Views

The venue was a selg catering so no breakfast was offered.

The bank beds were so hard, The lift that we used when we had luggage was scary. We thought we were going to stuck. Apart from those everything was okay. It could be nice if there was someone who could accompany vusitors to their apartment and see if everything works okay and help with questions that may arise. Thank you so much for having us. We hope to visit again.

Good location, very neat. The agent, Kale, was very helpful and responded quickly to all of our requests.

The unit is self-catering but has all the necessary utensils and crockery

The date of payment of breakage deposit clashes with what is advertised on the Booking.com website. Whereas the website says deposit is payable upon check-in, the facility requires it 3 days before check-in. Please rectify

The location was next to the beach, were the beach was accessible and I also liked the view it was perfect. The place was vey clean on arrival.

The pipe for hot water busted in the celling and water started coming out, water was all over the apartment. I don't blame the apartment owner but they should maintain their pipes regularly. We reported this but the owner/manager didn't come to see if we are okay. It was fixed the following day in the morning. Aircon was not working, it was leaking water.
