The apartment was clean, spacious, elegant, and comfortable. The people working in the building were friendly and helpful. Positioned nicely across the beach which was clean upon our visit and a kwikspar just below. We didn't feel any safety concerns with the area. I would definitely recommend a stay here. Lovely calm experience for a family of 5

The Elevators Power consumption - with monitored use on aircons, other appliances such as stove, kettle toaster, used once daily sometimes twice. We had shared showers with kids and power consumption was plus 12 units daily.

Excellent apartment with secure car parking. Host treated us so well. She even delayed our checkout time and accommodated us well past check in time. Clean and secure place to stay. Wonderful experience. Bravo to the host.

I liked the fact that the host was very quick to respond. She is also friendly, empathetic and kind. She wanted to make sure that we are settled in and checked up on us, which was nice and the only time we eqperienced a host checking in. We heard some negative comments on the apartment complex and was a bit apprehensive about the apartment. However, when we unlocked and went in it was like stepping into a 3 star hotel room. Very clean, fresh smelling and very well maintained. We could see that the host takes pride in her business and only provided the best. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, the bedding was soft and lovely to touch and the apartment has beautiful finishings like very nice light fixtures. It is also the only apartment that we could see from the outside pool area that was fitted with air coditioning. Our children each had their own sleeper couch. The pool was clean and well maintained and my boys enjoyed it.

I did not like the fact the we had to pay a deposit because it kind of takes away from the laidback holiday feel because it is a constant reminder that you must be extra careful because you're going to lose money if you're not. However, on the other hand, from the perspective of the host, I do understand. It would have also be nice to have some coffee, tea, sugar, and some shower gel. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this accommodation. Going to the partment complex was a bit scary and dodgy looking, but it was refreshing to get inside the apartment.
