Durban Penthouse

the location was excellent it just need a TLC

I had a great stay

Nice place

It was not clean as I expect

The penthouse is nearer to everything, it big . I love the space

One toilet is not functional, towels where only two for entire 3 days ,toilet paper are limited. No shower gel incoming packs No insects killer The microwave is not functional. The main bedroom curtains are tiring 😫 No water The basics nje ,I understand it self catering apartment but the basics are key Kindly improve in that note

No mop we had to ask for toilet paper no ditegents, white towels were dirty. TV channels were all almost blocked. Dish cloth dirty. Most of the time the lift was not working we had to walk to the Penthouse or downstairs

The place is clean, has a nice view of the beach and harbour.

The flat looks shady from the the outside. The elevator was stuck the 2nd day and we had to use the stairs all the way to 16th floor

Sea view, it was neat.

The elevator, too cramped, the kettle and toaster too old and rusty. The picture on display not 100 percent the same. The sleeper couch kept falling, the legs must be fixed. No paperwork and car registration done. At the main entrance people easily go in and out on the visitors side, not safe.

Nothing at all we had to look for an alternative accommodation couldn't check in.

Filthy stinking place is no even a Penthouse. We demand for a refund please and remove on your website. Nedbank 1222248433 Molefyane MF
