"Mehr Optik als Qualität."

Die Lage und Schlüsselempfang war sehr gut. Badezimmer ansprechend und Größe der Wohnung ebenfalls.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt zu Wünschen übrig. In den Schränken ist sehr viel Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Reinigungsmaterial untergebracht. Es fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten in den Schlafzimmern zum Beispiel Nachttische und Beleuchtung. Das war nicht sehr gemütlich. Im Wohnzimmer ist die Qualität des Esstisches und des Sofas sehr grenzwertig. Mehr Optik als Qualität. Das Geschirr in der Küche war nicht sehr sauber, Kaffeemaschine nicht gereinigt, im Kühlschrank noch Essensreste von den Vorgängern 😕. Das Hauptschacht konnte nicht abgedunkelt werden. Zur Straßenseite sehr laut, Straßenbahn war deutlich zu hören. Nachteil der zentralen Lage.

Ich hatte das Appartement 6. Ich fand die Wohnung sehr schön, ruhig und das Bad und Dusche hervorragend. Da man die Türen zum Flur schließen konnten war es auch sehr ruhig. Ich habe nicht gekocht, aber mir 2 Eier zum Frühstück gekocht. Da sollte man vielleicht einen kleinen Topf zum Eier kochen bereitstellen. Mit dem Riesen Topf ist das doch Energie Verschwendung und dauert ewig. Bin mit der Bahn angereist deswegen die Lage optimal. Gastronomie reichlich vorhanden und der Rewe, Bäcker, fast gegenüber. Insgesamt volle Empfehlung. Grüße vom Chiemsee Majo

Sehr günstige Lage, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Wohnung hat große hohe Räume, das ist sehr schön. Ein Parkhaus, mit Lademöglichkeiten für E-Autos, befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (15,-/Tag), super!
