"Zentrale Lage mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen"

Zentrale Lage. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkhaus um die Ecke. Bäcker gegenüber. Einfaches Check-in und -out.

Eine Duschwand fehlte. Das Bad wird beim Duschen unter Wasser gesetzt. Türen klemmen. Nach dem Verlegen des Bodens wurden sie nicht gekürzt. Lärm durch Straßenbahn und Restaurant im Erdgeschoss. Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite nicht richtig verdunkelbar.

"zentrale Lage aber zu teuer für den Komfort"

Lage ist sehr gut.

Leider sind die Möbel schon ein bisschen abgewohnt (fehlende Knöpfe der Couch, abgegriffene Möbel im Bad, etc.). Eine Fliese der Dusche war defekt (herausstehend) und nicht repariert, außerdem stand die Revisionsklappe im Bad offen bei Anreise. Die Heizkörper wurden nicht warm, entweder nicht entlüftet oder Wasserdruck zu gering. D.h. man konnte die Zimmer nicht entsprechenden heizen obwohl alle Heizkörper auf max. gestellt waren.
