The location is perfect for not only exploring Furnas but for exploring the east part of the island as well. The accommodation is very roomy, clean, and has everything you possibly need for a great vacation. There are plenty of free parking spots nearby.

Furnas ist ein schöner Erholungsort. Das Appartement war geräumig, gut (vollständig) ausgestattet aber feucht. Man hätte auch Grillen können. Sehr zentral gelegen, gute Verbindung zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Großer Parkplatz in der Nähe.

Trotz Lüftung ist es uns nicht gelungen das Appartement zu trocken. Immer etwas Schimmelgeruch vernehmbar. Auch wenn der untere Teil der Wände zusätzlich verkleidet war, blättert die Farbe im Übergangsbereich ab. Preis hoch aber noch akzeptabel. Thermalpool im Terra Nostra Garden durch Umbau nicht mehr zum Schwimmen geeignet. Garden ist immer noch sehr schön. Bewirtung in Furnas gut bei ansprechenden Preisen.

The location in the beautiful Furnas was excellent, just close to the Terra Nostra park entrance. The dining area was super spacious and the modern coffee maker was a great bonus. Access was easy, the place was very quiet, and we could heat the space with the air conditioning. Parking nearby was convenient, and we had everything we needed.

The only minor downside was that the doors opened somewhat noisily.

Our stay was in the winter and the flat was nice and warm when we arrived. There was a Christmas tree and a lovely tin of cookies which was much appreciated. Very clean, lots of space including a very large patio and a well equiped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and firm providing a good nights sleep. The rooms face the patio so there is no street noise. Great location, walking distance to Furnas main attractions, Terra Nostra park, Dona Beja and the caldeiras. Lots of public parking nearby. We were able to check in earlier and check out later which was nice as we could enjoy more of Furnas.

The property is spacious, fully equipped and has outdoor bbq however these are all useless when the place is a severe health hazard riddled with damp and mould.

There is severe damp and mould in the bedroom, the bedding felt wet on arrival as a result. I had a severe asthma flare up after which we had to move out and look for alternative accommodation. Even my boyfriend who doesn’t have asthma had uncontrollable sneezing and headaches. Owner denied the presence of damp and mould in property (however see my attached pics showing prominent mould growth behind bedside table and damp) but refunded us the amount for remaining days of stay since we left a few days early. Although there was flooding in kitchen and the toilet was blocked, I am more upset that the owner charges a lot for this property and doesn’t fix the fundamental damp and mould issues.

Everything ! This place is perfect and has everything you need. Well equipped (even a wash machine which is really nice when you are visiting the islands for 2 weeks like us!) and also well located (parque terra nostra is just next to the building !). Absolutely loved it! We will definitely book again if we come back !

The staff was terrible. The owner invaded the accommodation without authorization. The owner was drunk, invading the accommodation, asking for more money and inventing things. He disrespected me for no reason. I d'ont recommend.
