It was difficult to get there and driving was stressful. We knew driving would be a bit challenging but it was much worse than we expected. Our GPS and service wasn't consistant so that made it more difficult. Annamarie had sent instructions but with my phone service I didn't get those until until after we checked in and connected to the wifi. I love to walk but that wasn't very safe with the narrow winding roads. I did walk once and had to stop frequently to tuck between cars or hug the side of the road. If you don't like to walk it's not a big deal but I like to start my morning with a 3-6 mile walk and that was not possible. Michele did pick us up and take us into town so we could hike the Path of the Gods which was amazing, then we took a ferry from Positano to Amalfi and bus back. It took a lot of coordinating to get around but a beautiful area - just not easy to get around and impossible to drive. We drove there and left the car until we checked out and used the bus which is nice that it is close.

Als ik iets zou moeten zeggen, dan misschien dat het appartement vrij clean en onpersoonlijk was ingericht. Niks praktisch ontbrak en we hadden een heerlijk verblijf

The hosts were very nice and helpful, great contact via WhatsApp, apartament was equipped with all we needed and is located in almost the highest point of Furore, great view every day. The owners property has a lot of area for chilling among the grapes, which wasn't actually there when we visited the Furore but I can just imagine the beauty of the place when all plants are green. We would definitely recommend this residence to everyone :-)

There is no access to the property by car, the parking is located downstairs. All luggage have to be carried up by the stairs but the owners have an automatic lift which can be used for this purpose, which we used and kind a liked that a lot.

Die Lage des Hauses ist spektakulär, die Aussicht vom Apartment auf die Bucht und das Meer einmalig. Das Apartment ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt und bietet alles, was man braucht. ( Speziell die Espressomaschine ;-) ) Annamaria und Michele sind wahre Goldschätze. Michele repariert alles und schaut regelmäßig nach, ob man etwas braucht. Ganz typisch Amalfiküste geht es entweder bergauf oder bergab. Etwas oberhalb von Furore liegt der Einstieg zum "Sentiero degli dei". Unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Unser Aufenthalt war leider zu kurz, um die Fußpfade in den Ortschaften zu erkunden, die einen zu Fuss abseits der Autostrassen zum Ziel bringen. Der Aufstieg vom Parkplatz zum Haus kann einen schon einschüchtern ( jede Menge Stufen) Aber es gibt einen Lastenaufzug fürs Gepäck. Und beim 2. Mal hinaufsteigen, ist es gar nicht mehr so schwer.

Die Wohnung liegt am Hang, mit traumhafter Aussicht und einem gemütlichen Garten unter einer Weintrauben-Pergola, und ist trotz nahe gelegener Strasse sehr ruhig. Ein Anreise mit Auto ist sicher von Vorteil, auch wenn in der Nähe eine Busstation liegt, von wo aus man mit etwas Zeit Amalfi oder schnell Bomerano erreicht. An jedem Fenster waren feste Moskito-Netze angebracht, was lüften trotz lästiger Mücken (die überall auf unserer Reise von Neapel bis Amalfi vorhanden waren) erlaubte - super! Annamaria und Michele, die Besitzer, sind äusserst sympathisch und gastfreundlich. Michele hat uns bei Anreise in Empfang genommen und brachte uns während unseres 5-tägigen Aufenthaltes einen Sack voll Früchte vom eigenen Garten vorbei, Annamaria war beim Check-out anwesend. Beide sind sehr herzliche Menschen! Vielen Dank!

Everything about the property was just perfect . Both Annamaria and Michelle were exceptional hosts and treated us very well . The views from the property were incredible ( even better than the pictures ). We ended up spending more time in the property, than in amalfi coast / beach . Would definitely come back again
