I had everything I needed. Good location.

Unfortunately, a so-called group of friends was located above me. Banging and loud conversations could be heard in the living room all evening and half the night. Fortunately, it wasn't bothersome in the bedroom, but if I had been with a small child, it would have caused a conflict. This is something the landlords should be aware of.
