Location was perfect, we were attending the WUSV in Meppen. Property is in a lovely, quiet, rural area. Spacious accommodation that could be really nice if cleaner and updated.

Toilets require a thorough disinfecting and clean. Kitchen in need of update & thorough clean. A lot of dead flies on the walls. Bedding, towels are old need updating.
