La ubicación. Proximidad a la playa y a un mercadona.

Por dónde empezar… Una entrada pésima y complicada en la que dependes de descargarte varias aplicaciones que te indican y que luego resultan no servir, para luego acabar por tener que llamar a una centralita con múltiples trabajadores cada vez que quieres poder acceder al portal. Lo que en nuestro caso se alargó durante dos días que tardaron en traernos las llaves para poder acceder de manera independiente. A lo mejor es que reservamos sin saber que la reserva incluía vivir una especie de escape room… Wifi inexistente y ausencia total de solución por parte de los anfitriones. Además de cobrar fianza en un apartamento en el que abundaban los desperfectos en el inmobiliario (sillas, ventanas, puertas rotas) y en el que la limpieza brilla por su ausencia.

Central location

No heating on arrival. Request for missing cookware not addressed. Cookware and utensils were dirty on arrival. Could not deadbolt the apartment when we went out.

Location was perfect

dust underneath the beds, things in the kitchen no matching and also broken for example plates and pans. They can do better.

Location

Place needs attention. Handles falling off doors. Dirty walls, Poor beds, light switches loose , too many lights . Needs alot if attention but could be nice. Location was good and eleavator. Good towels.

Walking distance to Cimadavilla. Also beach/coast not far away. Lot of stores also walking distance.

No problem solving by rental agency. Unwillingness to solve nuisance by construction site next door by owner/renter. Owber should have reported building- and construction-nujisance up front. This was already known for longer period. Construction site is right opposite the appartment! 10 meters. Unacceptable res;ponse from owner to our inquiry and complaint. Pleasze note that owner/renter is a professional businexss with multiple houses/appatrments Beds/matrasses are horrible in 1 bedroom. Second bedrooms has too small double bed, eventhough ample room voor normal double bed. Owner has a "not my problem attitude". Not recommended for renting.

the rooms are big

parking is blue zone and can get a ticket easily a chair was already broken when we came in.

For the price we paid, the apartment should be better. It is more a place for students as a family going on vacation. The walls are thin as paper and when neighbours make sound your hear it very loud and clear. The beds could be better, all furniture etc. is really the cheapest available on the market and falling apart. The lack of airco is neither helping.
