Modern Beautiful Apartment-5 Beds-Full Kitchen-Parking-Super Clean-Great for Groups

Boa localização, boa limpeza, apartamento bem mobiliado e com tudo necessário para fazer refeições. O proprietário foi bastante atencioso e educado.

O acesso ao apartamento é um pouco difícil pelo caminho de terra ou pela escada. Não possuí laundry e o vizinho não gostou de que pudéssemos receber visitas e foi bastante rude.

Very clean. Great neighborhood. The train station and transportation areas were easily accessible.

Our biggest negative was the bed comfortability. The mattresses were brick hard so for anyone (like me) who prefers soft mattresses, this is not the place for you. The stairs. With this being the only entrance point it would be hard for someone elderly or disabled to access the property at all. The road is in weathered and unpaved. It’s also one way so I can see where it could give other guests troubles navigating.

It was a really cosy place. The decoration is a bit vintage, but it was really clean. Fully equipped. The host even put cable for smartphone, camera close to every bed : what a nice attention. The neighborhood is not the cutest, but still safe. And the location is perfect to visit Boston. bus + subway takes around 40 minutes to be in the center of the city (believe me, faster than taking a car there !!) and the bus is litteraly in front of the house !! the road to get there isn't as bad as all comment says, no issue even without a SUV. (come in Quebec, you'll see...) And the host is really welcoming. I definitly recommand this place !!

Washington street is a really noisy street so maybe think about earplug.

Easy to find and really clear, easy instructions to check in. Apartment is really well equipped, has everything you need. Parking right outside is very convenient. The host is super friendly and helpful, went above and beyond for me and posted me an item back to the UK that I accidentally left behind! I saw other reviews complaining about the road leading up to the apartment being rough and bumpy but honestly, it was not bad at all, (especially if you are from England where all of the roads are full of potholes!) so don't be put off by that!

No door on living room with sofa/blow up beds, wasn't an issue for us, but just be aware there isn't much privacy in that particular room.

My friend said “I really appreciated the visitors book. Helped us get around. In addition, having most of the conveniences of home made it more comfortable. Can’t really think of any needed improvements. It was a comfortable stay.” As for me, I like its own doors to get in and out. Love the ceiling window to see the moon at night. We had a dinner seeing the sunset at the back balcony. If the tree doesn’t block the view would be perfect. Sofas are very comfortable.

None. For people who drive a car, it may be a challenge to drive up and down the unpaved road. For people who don’t like stairs, it may be uncomfortable.

Spacious and clean apartment with all the amenities and comforts necessary. Fully equipped kitchen. Detailed instructions given for keys, parking and check out procedure.

It is situated about 30 min driving from Boston. Two flights of stairs to reach the apartment and the back road suitable for parking is a rough one full of potholes. Both of these were minor inconveniences for us.

I liked the stay. It was really nice and clean. The owners were very friendly and kind. Beautiful gardens and deck to sit on in the morning and to enjoy. It is very quiet and easy to access busses and trains. Very close to everything.
