Bremer Viertel

Das erste Heimspiel der Werder Frauen der neuen Saison! Strahlender Sonnenschein und den leckersten Fisch im ältesten Fischrestaurant Bremen "Knurrhahn" gegessen. Tolle Lage direkt im Viertel mit sehr gute ÖPNV Anbindung bzw. überwiegend zu Fuß unterwegs. Osterdeich und Weser und die Kapitänin der Werder Frauen Frau Hausicke. Hat Spaß gemacht zuzuschauen. Und natürlich Fritzi...geile Stimmung und Werderatmosphäre rund ums Weserstadion.

Zu viele defekte und kaputte Einrichtungsgegenstände um sie alle aufzulisten. Altbau inkompetent renoviert, kein warmes Wasser, aus keiner einzigen Leitung. Haben im Stadionbad geduscht. Balkon nicht betretbar, "Taubenzucht" hatte Priorität und alles zugekotet, beim öffnen der Balkontür fiel der Taubenkot auch in die Wohnung, hier das Badezimmer. Billigstmatratzen.

The apartment is spacious and near the city centre. It is nicely furnished and pretty clean. The entrance went smoothly (the key is locked at the entrance door of the building and we got the code on time). The communication with the owner went smoothly as well. (6.7/ 10)

Some of the things are not as shown in the photos, like living room. There is a smaller sofa (grey, not white), but there was an extra bed in the bedroom. There's no TV or wifi. The balcony from the toilet is very dirty and full of pigeons' faeces, so it is not usable. It is a very busy place at night, some people rang at our door and were bothering us while we were asleep, so I would recommend this place to people who like to party at night and don't mind the busy atmosphere at night.

Good place to crash for a couple of nights, right in the centre of Bremen

The noice from the street is too loud, considering that the place is in a central location. I would suggest maybe a change on window framing to eliminate the noise as much as possible? Also there were some people in the other apartment that were rowdy at 6-7am. As somebody who needed more rest, I found this quite irritating. Could there be strict rules about making noise after a certain hour?
