The cleaner was amazing very beautiful

Roof had mould ,ceiling falling down and leaking water into bed two air cons didn't work kids had to sleep in parents room on the floor. 2 shower heads broken roof gutters broken water all over wet tiles. tv broken and removed and most toilets didn't flush.

The property was dirty no toilet paper the toilets did not flush the water from shower wasn’t working 2/5 bedrooms aircon didn’t work When it rained the whole villa flooded with water as the villa had no drain system The pool was very dirty and was not maintained

Property was a great location in Canguu. Had shops / mini marts around the corner. Villa was clean and the pool was great.

I loved the location, private courtyard, pool and 5 big rooms with a bathroom and shower

A few minor inconveniences during the stay and the cleanliness.

location was good

we had some plumbing issues and had no use of toilets for over 24 hours, hosts did not offer appropriate compensation for this. Electricity also went out for a few hours on our last night, sheets were not changed in all rooms when cleaners came and there were not enough clean towels for all rooms.

I like the location, the fact it was private, and the cleaners that come daily.

The style of the rooms. The beds are accessed via a staircase. When you’re inebriated, that climb up and down is dangerous.
