Eugene is a great host, very helpful. The unit is on the 2nd floor in the water front area, in a gated community. While not directly facing the sea, it looks out to a cannel. Very convenient, a couple minutes walk to water front restaurants and shops. It has one bedroom and a small kitchen with a microwave oven, kettle, and refrigerator (no stoves).
