"Emplacement idéal centre Burgos"

Appartement très bien situé, bien équipé, clim et chauffage dans chaque chambre très propre

On aurait apprécie qu'il soit notifié clairement que l'appartement se situe tout en haut de l'immeuble sans ascenseur et qu'il faut prévoir de monter pas mal d'escaliers. Ça peut vite être compliqué avec une personne âgée ou bien comme nous avec des enfants et toutes les affaires qu'on avait 😅 Et aussi il est noté parking mais il n'y en a pas ce sont des places de stationnement de la ville du coup il faut trouver une place et surtout payer !

Es muy abuhardillado, lo que imposibilita acceder a las camas.. Las duchas no tienen los desagües limpios y se desbordan. Hay desconchones en la pintura del techo

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del centro histórico. Además el propietario fue flexible en cuanto a la hora de llegada y salida, así que genial!

"Fácil de llegar y en buen estado."

La cercanía al centro.

Que tenía cierto olor a cigarrillo, lo del aparcamiento (pero entiendo que como es tan céntrico se complica) y que tenía un solo baño porque pensé que habia escogido un sitio que tuviese 2. Y no había sacacorchos para abrir el vinito.

La ovicacion

La luz de la habitación no funcionaban y el ventilador y le pedimos una silla más y no tuvimos respuesta de nada y un tercero sin ascensor lo cual no se especificaba antes
