Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und man hat trotz der Nähe zur Hauptstraße keinen Lärm gehört. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind bequem.

Das Sofa ist eine Katastrophe und der Senderempfang beim Fernseher war sehr schlecht. Die Fritzbox für das Kabelfernsehen leuchtete durchgehend rot. Im Badezimmer war es sehr heiß. Der Fußboden war durchgehend auf 27 Grad eingestellt.

Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und insgesamt äußerst gepflegt. Das Bett war besonders bequem und die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen, da sie komplett ausgestattet war. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

Das Appartement ist schön und modern eingerichtet und befindet sich fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Im Nachbarhaus findet sich eine Bäckerei, so dass auch fürs Frühstück gesorgt ist. Parken ist unproblematisch.

Sehr schön gelegen, ruhig und gepflegt. Gut Ausgestattet.

Für Senioren ist diese Wohnung weniger geeignet. Treppe, sehr sehr niedrige Sitzgelegenheit im Wohnbereich.

Sehr zentrale Lage, tolle Balkon (sehr groß, sehr schick, für Sommerabende perfekt)

Die Sofaecke im Wohnbereich ist extrem unbequem, man sitzt quasi auf dem Boden. Der große LG – TV ist klasse, sollte aber besser so eingestellt sein, dass eine grobe Sendersortierung vorhanden ist, und er seine WLAN – Verbindung nicht bei jedem Ausschalten vergisst, dann kann man ihn auch für Streaming besser nutzen.
