Location very good, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. Central heating and hot water very good.

Seating too soft, deep and low. Bed was very soft for our particular liking. Mirror in bathroom very high. Could only get TV to work on 'catch up'.

Very comfortable and surprisingly quiet given it’s on the High Street, especial shout out for the sofa, limitless hot water and the tree on the landing, as a nightlight. Lovely and warm on arrival. Easy dropping off at the front door, then taking the car round the one-way system to 2 car parks directly behind the property either a 60 hour max or a small one with no restrictions - avoid the pay car park. Great location, plenty of walks short or longish, I wasn’t planning on going to the town so I bought the ‘40 favourite walks in the Scottish borders’ book, which includes a section around Hawick, and the Northumberland book too, I do recommend them. There are plenty of food choices with Greggs and Costa open on Sunday morning 1 min from the door. Great scones at Rena’s.

I arrived at 9pm and I found the entrance dark and off- putting, I needed my phone light. It’s not a complaint though, the interior and the quiet more than made up for it

Nothing - it really was good

This is a real gem of an apartment. It is right on the High Street and is just a joy to stay in. There is a lovely living room, really well appointed kitchen, great comfy bed and a bathroom that is bigger than some bedrooms. The standard of everything is very high. We only stayed one night but this would be a superb base force longer stay in the beautiful borders.
