"Absolutely fabulous 😂"

Everything! It was so clean, Emma had thought of everything you need for a break away, she even left a towel for the dog and some treats, breakfast was amazing! A great choice of cereal, cooked breakfast (you do this yourself) pastry’s fruit, tea coffee everything you needed! Good comfy double bed and a nice sitting area, just perfect for us! It was in an ideal location and the town of Hawick was beautiful.

The location was very central. Easy walk to local shops/restaurants and bars Keys were in safe box at property Flat was very comfortable and had everything you would need for your stay Breakfast items, which was excellent, as well as bread/butter/croissants and pastries. Milk and other essentials such as tea/coffee and sugar also provided. Owner has thought of ab everything.

We managed the stairs fine but might be difficult for some guests as winding and quite narrow especially at entrance as no landing outside door

Very comfortable place; clean, every part of the space put to excellent use, with some really nice touches and attention to detail. I slept better than I have done for ages!
