1. it was fairly close to the port. about 10-15 min walk. 2. it was fairly clean 3. it was in a quiet location away from the busy streets. 4. close to a supermarket. 5. it has a small fridge 6. the bed has indeed a power outlet near it 7. it has a small parking lot

1. no air conditioning - you have to pay 10 euros per day if you want it. i would expect this to be included when i pay almost 80 euros per night. 2. no wifi - and when i say no wifi i mean not a single discoverable network. 3. mosquitos and bugs - if you don't pay for air conditioning you have to keep your window/door open at night 4. small and old tv for a room that has 5-6 meters length and bad signal for the tv programs. of course no internet on the tv 5. no toiletries in the bathroom - no shower gel no soap no nothing 6. i was never asked if i want the towels changed in a 6 nights stay. maybe if you request it specifically it will happen. 7. the walls where not in their best condition but not in their worst.

E' STATA UNA DELLE CASE PIU BELLE CHE ABBIAMO TROVATO DURANTE I NUMEROSI SOGGIORNI AD ISCHIA. LA CONSIGLIEREI PER IL TERRAZZO SUL PORTO CHE E' FANTASTICO, GLI AMBIENTI IN CASA SONO BEN SEPARATI E BEN RIFINITI, LA CASA E' NUOVA E TUTTO TENUTO BENE...SALUTO IL PROPRIETARIO DI CASA CHE E' SEMPRE STATO DISPONIBILE E CREDO PROPRIO CHE MERITI UN BEL 9...(DIECI SOLO MARADONA LO PUO' AVERE)...CONSIGLIATA VIVAMENTE!!!

The bathroom was clean and the kitchen was practical. Location was okay.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, pillows gave us neck and back pain. We arrived and were excited about there being air conditioning because we had read something about partially conditioned and had seen fotos of the machines in the room. It turns out they are broken and the room always feels like a sauna. They have 1 fan. That's all the cool down we got. Additionally, the Wifi only worked in the kitchen which was frustrating. The cupboards smelled like paint and the bed frame felt like it was going to fall apart. The foto that this place falls under of the terrace is also misleading. We sadly had no acess to that beautiful terrace. The view was why we had chosen this property and it not being included as well as all of the reasons I have mentioned, made us feel ripped off.

Casa in zona centrale e allo stesso tempo in una zona super tranquilla. Siamo stati per una settimana siamo stati benissimo Il proprietario super cordiale e disponibile. Casa pulitissima e con arredo nuovo. Anche se piccina per una coppia è perfetta e dotata di tutto.
