Good location, cozy and pretty spacious flat

It's a bit noisy, mostly due to church bells nearby, so keep it in mind if you like to sleep longer.

"Bad Check-in: no key instructions and late response from host. Room was fine. Location was great."

No instructions on picking up key. Contacted host at via email, booking and whatsapp before check-in time but host never responded. Called after check-in time and finally got instructions to pickup key at shop location. DETAILED instructions should be provided in advance, in writing.

Perfect location right in the heart of town Great communication from staff. Perfect if you’re just planning to sleep there and spend the day exploring.

The fridge didn’t work, there are also no other facilities in the room such as kettle coffee machine etc.

"Poor value for money"

Location is convenient

Four narrow stair ramps to climb, not easy if you have luggage. The room is small. There's a queen size bed but the closet has room for one person only (two hangers). The Aircon is so noisy you can't keep it on while sleeping. The fridge is noisy but won't chill. Not even a complimentary bottle of water. The bathroom is large in comparison but no toiletries (other than a half used bottle of liquid soap...), no towel hangers and the shower leaks water from the hose. Overall cleanliness far from perfect. Overall, very poor value for money

Very central, communication also great!

There was a misunderstanding on behalf of the apartment owner's staff (he was a bit rude). However, we got everything cleared up and then everyone was fine.
