Jackie great communication. prompt with responses to any requests/ enquiries. Ease of key handover . Lovely additional snacks ! Greatly appreciated. So lovely to have a thoughtful host where all extras are considered! Additional towels manicure stuff , bathrobes etc! Nice having a little balcony especially as weather was rainy on day 1. Great location to shops just across! Easy walk down to esplanade! For us an easy walk to collect hire car! So perfect!

Jackie’s apartment was perfect, just opposite a mall and the station that takes you on the Kuranda scenic railway (which is nice day out to the rainforest). Jackie was so lovely and she was quick to respond to any questions we had!

Very comfortable with everything you expect and was very clean.

Would have liked to have some milk in fridge on arrival for cup of tea.

"Great host and facilities."

Decent size room fully serviced with kitchen and complementary snacks and drinks. The host was great and greeted me. Nice swimming pool, gym, laundry and barbecue in the grounds.

The property has a balcony but not a “room with a view”.
