وجودها أمام البحر فقط ولا انصح بها اطلاقا

اولا السعر عالي بالنسبه للشقة و اثاثها القديم ثانيا المرفق غير صحي لوجود روائح غير مستحبه ( مثل الدخان / رائحة المسكرات الاتيه من الشقق الأخرى ) ثالثا المبنى كاملا غير نظيف كأنه لا يوجد أدوات نظافه او معطرات جو لتعطير المكان للاسف لا يستحق الا 2 من 5
