The owners are very friendly and helpful. Apartment have a good size and Patio. Collection of the key was very easy and simple.

The owner should pay more attention to the cleaning of the apartament. The place is noise becouse of the aiport.

It was very cute neighbourhood, with a lot of cool places around. The place had all that we needed, enough towels, washing machine, toaster, microwave, hair dryer, etc.

It is stated not to leave rubbish before we leave, but they didn't provide garbage bags for example, only one in each can, and we stayed for 4 nights. Also, policy is not to leave dirty dishes, which we didn't, but people before us kind of did. So maybe it's better to re-wash them just in case. Overall we are very pleasant with the stay.

Location, positive communication with manager

Mold, rust, dirt, unpleasant smell, noise from the street and airplanes, old bed linen and towels, old kitchen appliances, holes between enter door and walls.

The house was so much bigger than we expected, really spacious and each room was lovely. The bed was comfy and we loved that we had a terrace plus two dining tables (one in and one out). The location was a little further out of the centre but we knew this already, it was still easy enough to access the centre either walking or via metro or taxi and the surrounding area was nice. The room felt very safe and well secured once inside. We were close to a supermarket and restaurants/cafes.

The door was very tricky to open initially (once we had the nack after a couple of times it was okay) but could have done with some tips for opening and locking it before arrival. The host’s communication was okay but not amazingly quick. Could have done with more plug sockets as we were very limited despite it being a big house.

Location, lots of restaurants nearby and the outside space

No cushions for the sun beds. Could have been cleaner and very bad smell of dampness in the bedroom and kitchen. Unable to open the windows at night due to the mosquitoes(bad) so room very hot, we were not allowed to use the air conditioning:-( so a fan would been good

The apartment was not clean. There was hair in the bathroom. Some furniture and doors were sticky. Fungus on the shower curtain. Water with rust in the shower. General smell of damp. Noise from the floor above. The apartment looks much better in the pictures than in reality.

The apartment totally met our expectations. A lot of space, kitchen equipped with all necessary for cooking, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, terrace - perfect bonus if you have children (they can play and run there) and just for drinking coffee or doing physical training in the air. Rato metro station is in 20 minutes walk. There is small market with food court and Pingo Doce supermarket around. Also there are many small local shops where you can buy basic necessities. Good place for living and exploring Lisbon.

There are some moments to be mentioned: - not very good internet (it is, but it isn't enough for watching movies or conducting work video conferences) - unpleasant smell in the kitchen, exactly, under the sink (but it can be fixed in a couple of hours) - airport is quite close and you can see and hear place very well. We got used to it in 2-3 days but if you have small children or sensitive sleep, it can be a problem for you.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Apartment was as advertised, and kitchen equipped with all necessary utilities. Terrace was perfect.

Seems the apartment is directly under plane landing corridor so it gets a bit noisy early morning. Internet did not really work on the terrace, the wifi signal was too weak.
