Building needs attention

Nothing.

They gave us a dirty used room. The room was stinking and the floor was sticking. The kitchen area had dust everywhere. In the bedroom the sheet were torn and the pillows had marks of dirty heads; there were spiders on the bed. They sent us a kid to show us our room, we didn't meet with any adult staff member. We left the room at 6am we didn't even see anyone

It was self catering, there was no need for them to make us breakfast

You didn't make sure that as your guest we were comfortable. You did even come in the next morning to change the linen a and the towels, we have to come to you to ask for a toilet paer

As the place is in a rural area I like their effort to come up with idea of having a Guest House. Their bedding is clean. The rooms are clean.

I didn't know the place is a club with high music and lot of people screaming bcs of high intoxication. We couldn't sleep well as expected. They could have told me their situation so that I make a sojnd decision.
