Apartment Boras Lux

My stay at Apartment Boras Lux was a heavy contender to one of my best stays in a location ..the apartment was spacious very clean and warm at night .. All working facilities and a great location for hiking in the hills ..Tomas was so helpful and even arranged an airport pick up and drop off..would I stay again ..most definitely 👍

Everything from the beautiful location to the room and to the good communication with the host.

Everything from check-in to our departure was a mess. We arrived in this dark house by using our phones as flashlights. We found a cold 14’C room without a remote control to A/C. After calling the owner, he sent a non-english speaking elderly lady for us who desperately tried to figure things out. Meanwhile we moved back and forth different rooms with all our luggage. On our departure the airport transfer supposedly organized by the owner never showed up. To summarize: even it’s cheap is better to go elsewhere. You want vacation, not stress.

I really liked the location, just outside the main touristy area but right on a small harbor with several restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the tourist zone, ferries, etc. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with nice views of the harbor from 2 balconies, and Tomás was friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Tomás was an hour late meeting me for check-in, but I enjoyed a cappuccino with a harbor view at the restaurant downstairs, so it wasn't so bad.
