Luxury Oasis Apartment

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, groß und umfangreich ausgestattet. Zudem mit einem schönen Balkon. Die Pools waren sauber und der Strand ist direkt an die Anlage angrenzend (Steinstrand).

Apparently cleaning service is included once every FOUR DAYS, during hot summer season really insane as people shower often and sweat more (even with air conditioner working). If needed daily, it comes with an extra cost. Paying 200+€ per night is kinda crazy when thinking about it. Our second adult slept on the couch which is not the most comfy one when opened but does the work I guess. We only got ONE toilet paper roll and ofc it ended mid our stay (3nights). We had ordered a baby cot and a feeding chair which we were promised but they weren’t ready in our room when we arrived (after official check in time). When the baby cot arrived, and we weren’t at the room, it was left behind the door and we didn’t manage to assemble it (a travel cot). Though when saying that, we got immediate help. I expected more based on the reviews and the price. The staff on the premises has poor customer service level, no smiles, rare help with lifting baby stroller on the premises (steep places), no hellos. Poor english skills, all young people with poor Russian level as well. 😂 I understand why the place has rather poor reviews on Tripadvisor, they are true based on our experience. Be prepared to look for a car spot during high season and walking longer distance to your car. All menus etc are solely on phone so you need to scan a QR code with your phone but when you’re a foreigner with no local internet, it’s rather tricky 🙈. The premises has lots of potential and truly is beautiful, the building being new (we stayed there 07/2025) and everything but the customer service level on the premises really needs working on. You are not solely paying for the apartment, you are paying for the whole conception. Sebastian though is a friendly and welcoming and quickly available but you need to consider the bigger picture. 😉☺️ That being said - I did expect more. And I have travelled quite a bit. Wifi in the ap worked 👌
