Muy limpio y nuevo. Buena ubicación, a 5 min. de la Playa de la Grava y algo más de 1 km al Centro Histórico, se va andando cómodamente

The location was good ,a15 min.walk to the beach and shops.There was construction work close by but this did not affect our stay.

Night club 400 yards away open until 6am not ideal. Very Unfriendly people living in other apartments on the site. Building work being carried out all day so you can’t relax by pool. To be honest I wasn’t that impressed for over £2k for a week

Great location, convenient to two large grocery stores in Javea, relatively short walk to the beach, and walkable to the port area, where there are many restaurants.

The pool area is limited with no grass, shaded area to lounge. Communication with the host was a little challenging. Didn't ever answer the mobile phone provided and when questions arose, just kept referring me to the rules/guidelines, which hadn't spelled out whether there was Wifi on the listing, which there is.

The appartement is very complete and has everything you need. Rooms are good, good airco, beds are nice, even have 2 bathrooms, kitchen is good and a laundry machine which we very much liked. We only missed shampoo but everything else was available.

The apartment is very comfortable but it’s not the most cozy apartment and lacks a little bit of color. The lights are too bright which also doesn’t help the atmosphere.
