"Beach front Apartment with amazing sea views"

Great location and lovely view. Apartment was well equipped which included a Kettle (a great bonus as not many spanish apartments seem to have them!) Sarah was a great host, easily reachable and very helpful.

The perfect location for a beach holiday! All amazing restaurants around you , and the sea just 2 minutes walk away! Everything you would expect inside for a self contained stay. Balcony was wonderful, getting the early morning sun for a lovely start to the day. Would absolutely come back and stay here again. Javea is a beautiful wee gem full of lovely people and shops and restaurants. We might even move here!🙂

"Wow apartment in wonderful location"

Everything. Lovely apartment with a balcony that has the most amazing views. The location is 10 out of 10. No car required, everything you need in walking distance. An absolute Wow. Would recommend and definitely go back again.

"Simple functional accommodation in heart of Jávea beach area, spoilt by a couple of minor issues."

Location excellent, moments away from main bay promenade. Sunny morning terrace for self catered breakfast. Hosts friendly and attentive.

Rooms were simple and functional. Non-Spanish TV channels unworkable (broadband not fast enough for TV, but worked well for phones). Intermittent drains smell from bathroom couldn’t be fixed despite handyman’s visit.

"Stinking sewage all the way…"

Location is excellent

What a disgusting stinky place!!! Basically I recommend never to book this place. We arrived late after midnight, so all we wanted to sleep, bit it was very hard because of the terrible smell. The apartment has some serious issues. Is feels and also smells like that the sewer is dripping behind the bedroom closets. It has exposed sewer pipes inside the bedroom closet. The place is full of plug in perfume diffusers, but it cannot mask the terrible stench what comes from the bedroom. It felt like that famous scene in Seven ( the thriller movie) …. the bedroom stinks sewer and mould. The bathroom also doesn’t have ventilation or windows. Next morning we closed the bedroom door and never opened it again. We slept in the living room from that moment. Fortunately we were only two people so we could do this. My advice: do not choose this place!!
