Location excellent, very easy to find from the train station.

In English, or other languages, when restaurants are open and closed and in walking distance in 15-20 minutes.

Ambiente super accogliente, pulito e posto in una posizione comoda e poco rumorosa sia di giorno che di notte. Vicino a tutti i servizi essenziali.

Very comfortable bed. Spacious apartment. Clean. Close to the train station. Quiet. I slept very well. Duvet was not too heavy. Heating worked well (it was a very cold day). Good selection of teas.

The commercial posters advertising activities and other rooms from the same owner/company - even on the terrace (very large ones, they felt like 'screaming' at us)! They took away from the restful atmosphere and the ambition to be 'boutique' (a term I would not use for this place). Better in my view to have a booklet with the information on the area and the other rooms - that would be more discrete and refined, and improve the overall experience (at least, that would be my preference). Just for that one reason I would not try to stay there again.

La cordialità di Luca, la pulizia della casa, la comodità della camera e del letto e molto carino il fatto che ci sono molte cose acquistabili (bevande, cibo e accessori vari). Ottimo tutto.

Appartamento molto fornito, non manca nulla.

Forse la difficoltà di parcheggiare l'auto. Ma rimediabile.

A very convenient apartment which has everything you could need for a short time like I had. Location is very near to Chiusi train station. All was as described and bed was extremely comfortable.

I think breakfast overall could have been a bit more assorted but in my case I didn't mind as was only there for 1 night. Otherwise nothing negative to say.

Zentrale Lage. Bahnhofsnähe. Boutique hilfreich, da am Feiertag die Geschäfte geschlossen waren. Autovermietung in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.

Der Hautür- Schlüssel brauchte einige Versuche beim Öffnen. Manche Steckdosen waren nicht durchgängig an.
