Het uitzicht, rustige omgeving, auto en fietsen makkelijk parkeren achter hek. Heel ruim appartement, echt heerlijke bedden, alles super schoon en je kunt het zo gek niet bedenken of het was aanwezig. Alle kamers verwarming via airco en een losse elektrische radiator voor extra in de woonkamer. Vriendelijk personeel bij ophalen sleutel.

We hadden ons verheugd om op het balkon te zitten en te genieten van het uitzicht, maar doordat het appartement geen zon had op het balkon (in februari) was dat net te fris. De sleutel moest aan de andere kant van Javea worden opgehaald / ingeleverd, wij waren met de auto vanuit Nederland en niet aan tijd gebonden dus voor ons geen probleem, maar zou je heel laat aankomen of een vroege vlucht moeten halen is dat wel onhandig (en je moet met een auto gaan). Er was vaak maar één ander appartement bezet in het gebouw (in februari).

"Javea is awesome but avoid this place !"

Location is very convenient (close to the beach) and panoramic views are incredible.

Extremely hot and beds were not confortable so sleeping without air conditioning was hard, one of the bathroom was smelling humidity… not the best apartment to stay with kids. The owner showed-up during our stay by confusing and open the door stating: “you were not supposed to be here”!!!
