Location all good and comfortable

For me the owner kind of rude and my family stay there all cannot understand english so well so they missed the rule to take out the rubbish after c.out and still owner charge them. And accuse them take one of white towel but none of them saw white towel when check in and still charge them even tho they don’t take a towel. As i working in hotelier also, please learn how deal with customer and improve you customer service. Sometimes your staff also can make mistake so dissapointed.
