Great location, kind hosts, exactly what was required from the space and very clean.

WiFi in room was very poor

Such a lovely wee place, great facilities, clean, tidy and all you need.

Great location for the beach, well presented and it was great to have the little courtyard for the dogs

Next to the main road (didn’t bother us but might bother light sleepers). The heating was not on for us arriving (our stay was in December and it was really cold when we arrived!)

Very comfortable bed, nice clean shower and gorgeous toiletries, kitchen was fitted out very well and cute outside area with pear tree hanging with amazing conference pears. Fantastic.

Same as others, tv never worked all weekend as would not connect, wifi kept dropping out so data used. Shame as would have liked to have watch a film after a long day touring.

Lovely wee room....noisy at night with traffic but I am over sensitive to noise. Comfy bed. Great chairs and kitchen area. Staff left a party to sort TV....but wifi non existent. Staff amazing at Royal Oak x
