Mieszkanie bardzo czyściutkie. Łanie urządzone. Bardzo wygodne łózko. Z udogodnień: ręczniki, suszarka do włosów, deska do prasowania , żelazko, wyposażenie kuchni. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z wynajmującym: gdzie zaparkować, jak wejść do klatki i jak odebrać klucze. Jeśli będę jeszcze kiedyś w Kaliszu na pewno tam wrócę :)

Maleńki minusik za brak kawy- była by miłym dodatkiem do przepięknego mieszkanka

"Drei Tage Unwohlsein haben gereicht. LuxApart Kalisz nie wieder"

Nach überlaufender Dusche und defektem Bettgestell schnelle und freundliche Reaktion. Die Wohnung im 3. Obergeschoss war als Design/Luxus ausgelegt, chic aufgeteilt. Heizung funktionierte sehr gut.

Die Wohnung ist leider runtergewirtschaftet, hat offensichtlich bessere Zeiten hinter sich. Auch nach der Reparatur des Bettgestells, ist die Matratze eher wie eine Hängematte, zum schlafen ungeeignet. Im Bad roch es nach der Abfluss Reparatur ständig nach Fäkalien. Außen auf der Eingangstür, später auch in der Wohnung liefen Silberfische über den Boden. Der Wohnzimmertisch ist zerschlagen, das Glas scharfkantig, Barhocker kippeln… die Liste wäre lang. Insgesamt wird wohl mehr vermietet als instand gehalten, selbst die Blume war vertrocknet. Wir hätten gerne verlängert, allerdings nicht in diesem Umfeld.
