The person who handed the keys and gave a little tour was friendly, the location is also good. It's a small town so it's easy to get around wherever you are.

The apartment is very dark and the lights are not cosy. The pictures on Booking.com show very bright rooms, while in reality there is barely any daylight. The shower is super old and doesn't look anything like the one in the pictures. One of the doors is broken and replaced by a curtain (ok, this can happen, yes, but needs to be fixed at some point...) Besides this the shower ceiling is as brown as the tiles and the shower tub is completely worn out. The wardrobe in the bedroom smells very musty, but they put air fresheners in all the drawers, so we didn't even want to unpack our stuff. Because of the lack of hygiene we immediately booked another place, since we were traveling with a baby.

The apartment is located very centrally, very close to the market, several grocery stores, the beaches and all sights, and it looked just like in the pictures. It is a bottom floor apartment with only one window, so there is basically no natural light, but in a city as nice as Cadiz it is not likely you will spend much time inside anyway. The apartment was clean. The host sent us various restaurant and activity recommendations.

The host didn't give us clear check out instructions, and then got angry and quite rude to us when we didn't do it as they had wanted to. The towels they provided smelled like cigarette smoke.

Fantastic location to the proximity of bars and restaurants and transport links. Owners of accomodation very attentive. I highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed. Great value for money.
