Absolutely HORRIBLE check-in experience. The most confusing endless check-in instruction I’ve ever seen. Most of the paragraphs were completely useless or didn’t work, like for example, the one suggested to buzz the particular flat number to get through the front door, but no one’s ever replied and opened that door. The crucial information was completely missing from this instruction tho. There was NO FLAT NUMBER AND FLOOR. The customer service never picked up our calls so we called the “emergency phone number” provided. The person responded COULDN’T SPEAK ENGLISH whatsoever. again: EMERGENCY SERVICE DOESN’T SPEAK ENGLISH. Luckily my boyfriend can speak spanish, but it didn’t help much as the person wasn’t in rush to help us, it took us another ten minutes on the phone to get from them a floor and flat number, but guess what, it was a wrong flat number so we had to call them again. Successfully this time, however the holiday mood was completely ruined. Regarding the flat: it was alright apart from a few details: it smelled like urine in the bedroom and one of two ensuite bathrooms has no door whatsoever. Might be helpful to know if you travel with your friends as the flat has a capacity of four people.

A really lovely two-bed apartment overlooking the beach. All mod-cons in the kitchen with two balconies and two bathrooms - lovely decor throughout. We really loved it and would highly recommend.

There isn’t anything not to like - an electronic entry system you just need to get the hang of.

Everything was perfect - the apartment is spacious, clean, in a really good location. Not to mentioned THE VIEW!

The only thing that would be helpful is a teatowel in the kitchen and more dishwash gel as there is only very tiny one provided.

Fantastic views. Spacious, clean and nicely decorated apartment. Checking in and out was simple and efficient. Staff were available to help when needed. Wonderful stay all round.

Great location, amazing view from the terrace and bedroom window, great contact with the rental company (they let us check in before time), very comfortable and beautiful. It is not often but it looks much much better than pictures show.

Everything was perfect.
