Mateo was a great host and had great communication. He had prepared a list of items to see, do and places to eat and drink while in Cadiz, Which was personalised to our stay length. The room is beautiful, the location is spectacular, particularly for the Plaza San Antonio car park, (which will be an issue if you're bringing a car). There are high quality cafes patisserie and a grocery market within 10 m of the front door (no exaggeration). Decor is very detailed and a lot of attention was put into this being a nice place to be in. The minibar is reasonably priced and convenient, the lobby is safe and there are multiple doors to access the property. My wife was happy with the safety of accessing the property. Ps. if going to cadiz you need to go to Balandro (pictured), recommended by Mateo, best food we had in Spain.

Todo genial, el apartamento es precioso, la cama muy cómoda y una muy buena ubicación, Mario el anfitrión muy atento nos facilitó todo.

Por ponerle alguna pega le faltaría alguna percha en el baño para las toallas de ducha y el grifo del lavabo muy moderno pero poco funcional, si abres poco se sale el agua por detrás y si abres mucho salpica.

Location was fantastic right in the heart of the City .

Everything was superb and nothing needed improving whatsoever

The location is great and very central in Cadiz, but so is everything, as the city is small in of itself. The host was pretty helpful and knowledgable.

It felt like there were no fresh air, no matter what we did. Must be because of the interesting apartment layout and the lack of windows. The apartment was a little ran down and could use a fresh up. The fridge was tilted and quite loose, so when I opened it after some time in the evening after our arrival, our celebratory champagne rolled out of the fridge and broke on the floor, unfortunately. Photos are quite missleading, as the apartment is dim. The parking place was a little far off and really expensive.

The unit was perfect for my husband and myself. Spacious with an area for dining if you chose. Perfectly located in the old city with restaurants and attractions nearby. Mario our just was wonderful. He had prepared notes especially for us with regards to a walking tour around the old city and favourite restaurants to visit. We followed these and we were never disappointed. Such a thoughtful thing to do.
