Die Ausstattung ist sehr modern und gepflegt und es gibt einen gesicherten Parkplatz. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen, unten Wohnküche, ober zwei Schlafzimmer und ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Bad. Die Internetgeschwindigkeit ist ausreichend. Auch an der Sauberkeit ist nichts zu bemängeln. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist zufriedenstellend. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt im selben Gebäude und einen Lidl und eine Tankstelle in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die unmittelbare Nachbarschaft ist nicht unbedingt die schönste Gegend und der Preis ist eher gehoben, was aber aufgrund der hochwertigen Ausstattung in Ordnung ist.

"Wyspać nie dane było mi się ..."

Czysto.

Nie polecam osoba chcącym sie wyspać. Mniejsza sypialnia nie ma dostępu do okna o świeżego powietrza przez co było duszno i gorąco. Natomiast w drugiej sypialni były zarwane materace. Po jednej nocy musiałem udać sie do fizjoterapeuty :/ Natomiast po otwarciu okna hałas z ulicy był powyżej akceptowanych norm.

"Dobra lokalizacja, prywatny parking zamknięty, sklep w tym samym budynku, 3 ulice do centrum miasta, jest pralka i ręczn"

Bardzo czyste dwupoziomowe mieszkanie, super wyposażone, trochę strome schody (trzeba je podkręcić), ale ogólnie super, wspaniała lokalizacja z prywatnym parkingiem, 2 łazienki, jedna nawet z pralką, bardzo wygodne przy 4 osobowej rodzinie. Kuchnia również bardzo wygodna do gotowania, ze zmywarka. Trochę ciepło w nocy, ale jest wiatrak!
