"Obiekt wymagający remontu!!!"

Lokalizacja z możliwością parkowania samochodu i bliskością do centrum.

Pourywane uchwyty do szafek kuchennych , długo lecącą woda w spłuczce łazienkowej, konieczność otwartych drzwi łazienkowych dla wentylacji, bardzo zniszczone schody wejściowe na piętra, brak windy .

Przy Plantach i przy Prośnie, cała Starówka w odległości spacerowej. Przed budynkiem duży parking (od 10 do 18 płatny). Obszerny apartament z aneksem kuchennym. Zaraz obok bar ze smacznym jedzeniem.

Akurat dla nas małym minusem było drugie piętro bez windy (w opisie nie było o tym informacji).
