Great location. Unbeatable view from the terrace. Lots of room. Private parking space.

Parking wasn’t easy to find and getting the keys required many more steps. The whole place was bare bones and doesn’t have warmth or doesn’t feel homey.

Incorrect details to find parking space ( update photo) It would be easier if you could exit the car park without a key fob. Currently you need to exit the car park, find somewhere else to park and then return the key fob to the apartment.

Large comfortable apartment and on-site secure parking. It was immaculately clean but needs some updating as fixtures and fitting were a bit dated. Sea views and sunsets were excellent.

That it overlooked a large car park which we did not know of in advance, and that a family-oriented place was unable to provide a cot. What was very tiresome was the amount of emails generated by the agency handling Oceana. I had 14 or 15 in total and this over-the-top volume made it difficult to find out basic information like the location of the private parking spot or the rubbish containers. The whole check-in and entry key code process was laborious and confusing and needs simplifying. Fewer emails please and less use of links and internet technology when a simple message could be used. We are reasonably tech-savvy but struggled.

Location was perfect. Keys for entry a big problem...wasted a few hours contacting the agent who then was able to remotely let us in through the 3 gated/doors to gain entry. The QR code system of uploading to a mobile phone was unable to be done by any of the 7 persons staying....perhaps because none of us were overly tech savvy. In the end only used the physical keys. I suggest you provide 2 x sets of keys!!!!

Accessability. Really should have been met by the agent and shown how to load the QR code access on telephone or provide another set of keys. Took a while to work out the garage access door.....you don't actually push the button you have to slide it backwards. The bathrooms need refurbishing....they are showing their age. Kitchen could do with some better pots and pans, but otherwise is good. But, to repeat myself...after a long drive in a new country it would have been so much less stressful and easier overall to have been met by the agent at the front gate. Not that hard to arrange i would have thought
