Apartamento Nebro Estrella, En el Corazón de Cádiz

Tolle Lage, die Markthalle ist direkt um die Ecke. Man kann die Altstadt bequem zu Fuß erkunden. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Geschirrtücher, Spüli, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Bügeleisen...sogar Waschmittel war da. Für eine Ferienwohnung nicht selbstverständlich. Für die Tür bekommt man einen Code, daher habe ich die Vermieterin nicht gesehen, aber sie hat bei Fragen sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Da es sehr zentral ist, ist es bei offenem Fenster manchmal etwas laut, aber das liegt an der Lage und war trotzdem noch völlig im Rahmen, da keine Geschäfte oder Restaurants direkt an der Gasse sind. Empfehlenswert!

Für uns kein Problem, aber man muss zur Wohnung eine (relativ Steile) Treppe hoch. War für uns sogar mit Buggy gut händelbar, aber eventuell für manche eine Barriere.

La ubicación es perfecta para conocer la parte más antigua de Cádiz, y dando un paseo la playa de la Caleta .Hemos disfrutado mucho.El apartamento tiene de todo y muy limpio , y muy insonorizado no te enteras de nada. Lo volveríamos a coger sin duda.

Well equipped and comfortable. Ideally located for the railway station and the market/old town. Despite its central location it was not overly noisy at night. The hostess Susana was very helpful and approachable. Felt like a home from home.

It’s not a serviced apartment with regards to cleaning so you have to take care of that aspect yourself. We stayed for a month and it wasn’t a problem for us

The apartment is nice, well positioned, in an old building.

The kitchen could be improved..... a little salt, oil would help a lot. You can barely see the dust on the floor, but you can feel it on your feet.....
