"Wonderful property in quiet superb location"

Location was wonderful. Peaceful with superb view over scenic park. Hosts were great, spent extra time giving us an orientation and provided very good restaurant suggestions. Rooftop terrace was stunning and a great location to have a drink or relax and read. Modern amenities in apartment.

"The Perfect Place to Stay in Cadiz"

La Casa del Consul is an absolute dream. We stayed in a deluxe apartment and could not be happier. It was like having an entire flat in Cadiz. The hosts Eric and Vittore are very warm and accommodating and the apartment could not have been more clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

"Great location to explore Cadiz by a historic plaza in the old town."

Lots of room for two people. Very quiet. Wonderful building and felt secure. Terrific central location. Enjoyed two excellent meals buying fresh fish in the superb market (we are envious). A much better rental experience than some of our recent trips to France.

Hard surfaces and a bit cold, but this was in March and not the heat of the summer. Would have prefered to have our own washing machine rather than share.

This was our second visit to the hotel and it was like staying with family. Vittore and Eric are the consummate hosts - they love to chat with you, suggest activities, and are very happy to make reservations for you.

"Warm, welcoming & perfectly formed!"

Absolutely superb in every possible way. Eric the owner warmly welcomed us & was so charming & nothing was too much trouble, making recommendations for sightseeing & restaurants & even booking us in too. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the duration of our 3 night stay. The boutique property is located in a beautiful authentic area & retains all the original charm with a beautiful high end contemporary finish throughout. Our apartment was very spacious with a fully stocked kitchen; large 4 poster bed; large bathroom with jacuzzi bath & huge double walk in shower. Everything worked! Efficient under floor heating in bathroom & beautifully tiled flooring throughout. The rooftop is an oasis to retreat & even have a dip in the pool. We loved it & will definitely return. Thank you Eric you made it!
